Privacy

Draft for the private beta. It describes what the app does today and hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced before public release.

What stays on your phone

The app reads the calendars you allow it to see and shows them together. Calendar events are read on your device and aren't uploaded. Your notes, tasks and settings are stored on your device.

What we hold if you sign in

Your email address, used to send sign-in links, and a record of your free trial. That's all today. When sync arrives, your log content will be encrypted on your device before upload, so our servers hold data we can't read.

Health data

Health features are optional and off until you turn them on. Health data is never used for advertising, never sold and never shared with third parties. It isn't stored in iCloud.

Recordings and AI

Meeting recording and Ask aren't in the beta yet. When they arrive, you'll confirm consent before any recording starts, and Ask will search your log on your device and send only the matching snippets to our AI function.
