The service
logyour.life shows your calendars together and lets you keep a log of notes, photos, recordings, tasks, health records and goals. Most of it works on your phone without an account.
Your account
An account is only needed for sync and the paid plan. Keep your sign-in email and your recovery key safe. Because your synced notes are encrypted with a key only you hold, we can't recover them if you lose the key and your devices.
Free trial and subscription
New users get 6 months free. After that, syncing and Ask need a Plus subscription, bought through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account and renews each period until you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings, your Apple Account, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. Your calendar view and local log stay free.
Recording other people
You're responsible for following the recording laws where you are. In many places everyone in a conversation must agree to being recorded. The app asks you to confirm that everyone agreed before it starts, and saves that confirmation. Don't record people who haven't agreed.
Health and AI content
Balance, suggestions, goals and answers about your health records are for general wellness and organisation only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a health professional about any health concern, and call your local emergency number in an emergency. Summaries and answers written by AI can be wrong, so check them before relying on them.
Your content
You own what you put in the app. You give us only the right to store and sync your encrypted content so the app works for you. We don't use it for anything else.
Third-party services
If you connect Microsoft or Google calendars, their own terms apply to those accounts. Their organisations (for example your employer) may restrict access.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or use it to break the law or others' rights.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features, and will tell you in advance about changes that matter.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or resupplying the service where the law allows.
Ending
You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Victoria.
